NOTE :

| Course Registration and Add/Drop courses will be made online EXCEPT students who can’t do it online need to fill up AKA 11 (for Course Registration) and AKA 16 (for Add/Drop).
| 2.
| Students are required to comply to the schedule stated in the time table given or penalty will be charged.
| 3.
| Please make sure :
i. Clear unsettled fees before the registration day; and
ii. Online residence registration at the student portal (Except Part Time and Master Student); and
iii. Online course registration at the student portal (Please click register button). | 4.
| Late Course Registration :
- Course registration after the first week of lecturer is NOT ALLOWED.
- Students who do not register after the first week of lectures, will automatically be made to DEFER THEIR STUDIES except students who are not
Malaysian citizens who will automatically be DISMISSED. | 5.
| Penalty for ADD Course : RM50.00 per course
Penalty for DROP Course : RM50.00 per course
(Drop of courses after Week 7, study and exam fee will be charged) | 6.
| Students ARE NOT ALLOWED to Add and Drop a course after Week 7. | 7.
| Students are required to check and print the latest course registration slip after every renewal/change made. | 8.
| Students are responsible for any implications of the Course Registration and Add/Drop courses which did not follow the rules and period. | Any query and problem, please refer to Record Section, BPA.
